Vinification:
This medium-bodied Tempranillo is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, showcasing the unique terroir of its origin. It undergoes a thoughtful aging process of 12 months in used oak barrels, which imparts subtle complexity while allowing the fruit characteristics to shine through.

Pairing:
With grilled meats, game, or tomato-based sauces.

The Winery:
“Sierra Blanca” is a wine line that has a new winemaking technique, which uses conical tanks; In addition, it is the first wine produced in the Mexican market to place an alternative Stelvin closure replacing the traditional cork.

Founded by Luis Angelo Cetto, history says that Cetto started the wine business in 1928, bought a number of small wineries in the 1980s, and now he is responsible for more than half of the country’s wine. Cetto cultivates 2,700 acres of vineyards in Baja California; also tequila and olive oil.

L. A. Cetto is one of the most renowned and oldest wineries in Mexico. In addition to the vineyards, L. A. Cetto offers gardens, a picnic area, wine tasting room, tours as well as a tasting boutique in Ensenada. Today, with over 90 years of tradition and quality, L.A.
