The Wine:
Named “Cingalino” due to the funny animal represented on the label. A dressed wild boar with a grape in his hand. It’s a nice label for representing the Tuscan region where wild boars are a part of every day winemaking life- and strife!
Light and fresh white wine with vibrant aromas.
The Winemaking:
70% Sand, 30% Clay soils. 3,600 vines per hectare, with 9,000kg yield per hectare. Fermentation in still tanks from 5° to 10° centigrade. Malolactic fermentation completed at the end of November.
The Paring:
Ideal for a refreshing aperitif, it goes well with fish dishes but also with white meats and fresh cheeses
