The Grape:
Corvina, Primitivo, and Nero d’Avola 

The Appellation:
Italy! From 3 different regions: 40% Corvina Veronese from Verona, 30% Primitivo di Manduria from Puglia and 30% Nero d’Avola from Sicily, Italy, all combined into one harmonious wine.

Tasting Notes:
Bold and dark with amethyst highlights. This wine is intense, full-bodied, with chewy tannins and an excellent, savory mouth which stretches out long and velvety. An aroma of mature red fruits with a cloak of enveloping spicy notes and layers of chocolate.

The Wine:
Gentle pressing and destemming of the grapes with fermentation and maceration for 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 20-24 degrees C.
ABV: 15%
Acidity: 6.10 g/L
Residual Sugar: 4.7g/L

The Pairing:
Recommended with stewed, grilled, or roasted meat and aged cheeses.
