"Clarity and transparency" is the meaning of its name in the native Mapuche language. That is exactly what was aimed for with this wine: a clear and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, with a strong mineral character and an evident sense of origin. On the nose, notes of gooseberries and hints of jalapeño emerge. In the mouth, it's a wine with pronounced yet well-integrated acidity. It has a gentle texture and a long finish.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Colchagua, Chile. Fresh aromas and flavors of ripe tropical fruit, roasted bell pepper, sweet pea blossom, and black cherry with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, interesting, medium-length finish with light oak flavor.

Made with Pais from Colchagua Valley in Chile, this is a serious wine with a rather silly label that we absolutely love! Inspired by 1970s movie posters, we wanted to do something that makes you smile, whilst you enjoy this wonderful wine.

45% Syrah, 30% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Grenache Noir. Each variety was vinified and aged separately, then blended before spending one year in stainless steel before being bottled. The result is a harmoniously layered wine that is powerful and complex now but will age gracefully for 10 years or more.

Cabernet Sauvignon: La Gota means "the drop" in honor of the old basket press used to make it. Red to purple colour. On the nose it has red fruit and is very floral. Medium weight, but still well-textured and medium bodied. Great balance between fruit and its acidity. An easy-drinking and fun wine. Does not take itself too seriously, but it is seriously good.

Not to be missed. 98% Syrah, 2% Viognier: Deep violet color. On the nose there are some aromas of herb, like rosemary, together with black fruit. This is an intense wine with big body and a very long finish, with flavors that show great complexity and balanced between the fruit, acidity, and tannic structure.

GSM stands for the initials of the varieties Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, which is a commonly used blend in many parts of the world. T stands for Tempranillo, which is NOT something that is found very often blended with the other three. The three varieties were planted on a small parcel for experimental purposes along with our main variety Syrah. Grenache is fruit, Syrah is texture, Mourvedre is the backbone and Tempranillo brings it all together.

Deep violet-red. On the nose, it displays floral notes and black fruits accompanied by moss and spicy hints. It's a full-bodied wine with a very balanced texture between its acidity and the fruit. Integrated tannins and a long finish.

100% dry-farmed Syrah. Red-violet in color with a medium-high intensity. On the nose, spice dominates, with a pronounced minerality that is repeated on the palate. It’s a very fine, elegant wine, tremendously complex with lots of flavors. None stands out more than the others, making it a very balanced wine. With a medium intensity on the palate, it has a very long finish.

Probably the best Syrah you've ever had. Varietal: 98% Syrah, 1% Mourvedre, 1% Petit Verdot. Deep red to violet. Upfront red fruit on the nose with black fruit appearing next. A joyful and balanced wine on the palate. Round and soft tannins with many layers of flavour. Long finish.
