A blend of Castelao, Aragonez, and Touriga Nacional. Ruby red. Notes of cherry jam and vanilla and slightly spicy. Deep bouquet, well combined fruit and with a persistent finish. Evolved but still lively Soft finish that still denotes some youth.

50% Chardonnay, 40% Arinto, and 10% Vital. Deep yellow citrine in colour, elegant and complex aroma of ripe yellow fruits and well-integrated wood notes. In the mouth it is well balanced with a silky smooth texture, harmoniously combining ripe fruit with wood. The finish is very elegant, with good acidity and freshness

100% Primitivo from Puglia, Italy. Intense purple colour, tending towards amber with ageing. This wine has a very solid structure due to the elevated alcohol and the balance between the soft tannins and acidity, with a distinctive note of the barrel ageing.

100% Grillo DOC, Sicily. Straw yellow colour with light greenish hue. Scent of apricot and honey on the nose; a surprising finish with strong tropical fruity overtones.

Sangiovese, Canaiolo and complementary grapes, Conti di Postale displays relatively dry and harmonious notes, while also being slightly tannic, with a flavour that becomes increasingly velvety over time.

Organic Garnacha Grapes are harvested by hand from old bush vines. The yields are very low, and each vine can produce only one bottle of wine. This modern, rich wine is aromatic and full bodied with concentrated red and blue fruit flavors, hints of toast, smoke and spice. Vibrant acidity keeps everything in balance.

Fagus is made from organic Garnacha grapes harvested by hand from 50+ year old cordon and goblet style vines in the 4th week of September. Cherry red color with ruby hues. Intense mineral, spice and vanilla aromas. Powerful and fleshy, yet balanced and concentrated with bright acidity, silky tannins and a long finish. A much more modern style of winemaking.
