That is exactly what was aimed for with this wine: a clear and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, with a strong mineral character and an evident sense of origin. On the nose, notes of gooseberries and hints of jalapeño emerge. In the mouth, it's a wine with pronounced yet well-integrated acidity. It has a gentle texture and a long finish.
