• 60% Syrah, 20% Merlot, 20% Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouchet). Ruby red color. Clean on the nose, of medium intensity, with a presence of ripe black fruit, notes of black pepper and roasted coffee. On the palate it is dry, with medium acidity and well-rounded tannins.
  • 45% Syrah, 30% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Grenache Noir. Each variety was vinified and aged separately, then blended before spending one year in stainless steel before being bottled. The result is a harmoniously layered wine that is powerful and complex now but will age gracefully for 10 years or more.
  • 70% Monastrell, 15% Garnacha Tintorera, 15% Syrah. Black and red fruits of black currant, prune, and raspberries. Dry with medium acidity and light toasty notes. Pituco is named after Pepe’s loyal companion, who enthusiastically visits the vineyards with Pepe
  • Not to be missed. 98% Syrah, 2% Viognier: Deep violet color. On the nose there are some aromas of herb, like rosemary, together with black fruit. This is an intense wine with big body and a very long finish, with flavors that show great complexity and balanced between the fruit, acidity, and tannic structure.
  • GSM stands for the initials of the varieties Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, which is a commonly used blend in many parts of the world. T stands for Tempranillo, which is NOT something that is found very often blended with the other three. The three varieties were planted on a small parcel for experimental purposes along with our main variety Syrah. Grenache is fruit, Syrah is texture, Mourvedre is the backbone and Tempranillo brings it all together.
  • 86% Syrah, 10% Grenache, 2% Tempranillo from Colchagua Valley in Chile, and made by Sven Bruchfeld.   No fining. No filtering. Hand harvested. 100% Stainless Steel.
  • 100% dry-farmed Syrah. Red-violet in color with a medium-high intensity. On the nose, spice dominates, with a pronounced minerality that is repeated on the palate. It’s a very fine, elegant wine, tremendously complex with lots of flavors. None stands out more than the others, making it a very balanced wine. With a medium intensity on the palate, it has a very long finish.
  • Probably the best Syrah you've ever had. Varietal: 98% Syrah, 1% Mourvedre, 1% Petit Verdot.  Deep red to violet. Upfront red fruit on the nose with black fruit appearing next. A joyful and balanced wine on the palate. Round and soft tannins with many layers of flavour. Long finish.
