Marselan is a varietal produced in 1961 by crossing Grenache with Cabernet Sauvignon. Very fruity and lively with balsamic, small berry fruit (blackcurrant, wild strawberry, blueberry) aromas, with a lovely, mellow concentration. Easy-drinking.

Golden in color with aromas of dried fruits and cooked apples. Dried fruits and candied citrus on the palate with a hint of nuttiness and vibrant acidity. Well-balanced with a moderately persistent finish, leaving a lingering hint of walnut and toasted almonds.

Though only 250 acres of this rare grape remain, Piquepoul Noir has been grown in Southern France for centuries. It is originally from the Languedoc and is one of the 13 grapes permitted in Châteauneuf du Pape. Ours is produced from one grower’s 5 acre hillside vineyard in Cazouls.

100% Vermentino. This Wine produced a dry, extremely fragrant wine with mineral notes along with aromas and flavors of exotic flowers, ripe pear, and tropical fruits that are framed with great acidity and a lingering, rich mouthfeel and finish.

100% Zinfandel. This vintage displays a rich dark purple garnet color and deep aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, plum, spicy sandalwood with hints of toasty oak. Uplifting flavors of plum, black cherry cola and a subtle of earthiness combine to give this full-bodied Zinfandel a generous mouth-feel. Rich full tannins and balanced acidity lead into a long, lingering finish.

Grüner Veltliner from Niedeoesterreich GV, Krems, Austria. Aromas of flowers and peach with white pepper notes. Light to medium bodied and dry, with well-balanced, crisp acidity, and flavors of spice, light herbs and minerals.

100% Patagonia, Argentina Malbec. Expressive and vibrant in the nose with dark fruit, orange peel, violet along with chocolate, and coffee notes. The wine is full bodied yet fresh, mineral and juicy.

45% Syrah, 30% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Grenache Noir. Each variety was vinified and aged separately, then blended before spending one year in stainless steel before being bottled. The result is a harmoniously layered wine that is powerful and complex now but will age gracefully for 10 years or more.
