The Beer: Using bottom-cropped yeast and Hersbrucker hops, this beer is mild and smooth with a hint of creaminess to it that other typical Japanese lagers lack. Has the sweet aroma of freshly steamed rice, with a delicate and hoppy aromas. Clean, bright, and refreshing. Has a quiet intensity. (*Does contain wheat and is not gluten free)
