The brewing of Echigo Stout is done with 100% malt, and Zythos and Hallertauer hops, and can take up to three months to complete – two months longer than the norm. The brewers are rewarded for their efforts with a spectacular roasted aroma and great depth of flavor. Take your time to savor this fine, luxurious stout.
