Tasting Note:
Ruby red color with a slightly pinkish violet edge, clean and bright. Pleasant aromas of red fruits, red currant, cassis, raspberry, as well as herbal notes. Round, with firm and ripe tannins.

Vinification:
Hand-harvested from 20- 25 year-old vines. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. Aged in American oak barrels for 12 months.

Pairing:
Grilled red meats, spiced and smoked dishes, tomato-based pasta, and aged cheeses. Serve at 14°- 16° C.

“Sierra Blanca” is a wine line that has a new winemaking technique, which uses conical tanks; In addition, it is the first wine produced in the Mexican market to place an alternative Stelvin closure replacing the traditional cork.
