Rice-extract, Sorguhm, and malted millet. 100% Gluten Free!
This gluten-free beer is made with Chinook and Lemondrop Hops for a lovely 10 IBUs, and clocking in at 4.6% ABV.
Adjuncts of Grapefruit juice, Monk Fruit juice, and Natural flavors.
The Beer:
Lakefront’s take on a classic German beer cocktail. Grapefruit soda and a Gluten-Free ale converge in a highly refreshing blend of lively citrus and crackery rice malt with an easygoing 3% ABV.
The Brewery:
Lakefront Brewery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin was started in 1987 by the brothers Jim and Russ Klisch. They were the first US brewery to make a beer from entirely state-grown, indigenous ingredients (Wisconsinite), they brew the oldest certified organic beer (Organic E.S.B.), and the first government-certified gluten-free beer (New Grist).
