Aromas: Soft and floral with Citrus notes
Flavors: Light and sweet, like cotton candy with steamed rice overtones
ABV 35% (70PF)
Michiu is commonly used for cooking, while MichiuTO is a drier style of this distilled beverage which is used for drinking. It has a much lighter alcohol content than other baijiu and can be consumed more easily. Unsurprisingly, this is the least popular style of Baijiu, but the easiest to start with when trying Baijiu for the first time.
