The Beer:
An authentic taste that has been achieved by significantly increasing the malt content and adding barley. Its food compatibility is exceptional, making every meal more satisfying and enjoyable.  “Shokunin” means “employee” and refers to a possible not-so-secret employee recipe.

Style: Lager, ABV: 5.5%, Hops: Bitter Hops + Aroma Hops

Nose:
Malt and hop aroma with notes of grass

Flavor:
Malty with clean aftertaste- a little more bitter and drier than the OG “Draft.”

Pairs With:
Pairs exceptionally well with oily dishes such as dumplings and fried foods as well as spicy dishes.

Founded 1957 in Nago, Okinawa during the American occupation of Okinawa, Orion Breweries began making beer in order to provide jobs to young Okinawan citizens and hopefully improve the local economy. Now, their beer has become #1 in Okinawa and is enjoyed internationally.
