The Winemaking:
This wine is a result of a perfect harmony between tradition and modern, sustainable winemaking techniques. Grapes were destemmed and then pressed at low temperatures. Fermentation occurred in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Apertif, salads, shellfish, fish (especially bacalhau!), and light meals.

The Winery:
Quinta da Raza has 50 hectares of vineyards in the Portuguese Vinho Verde region, in the city of Veade. Through four centuries, the Teixeira Coehlo family still manages the estate and its 5th generation, Diogo Teixeira Coelho, makes the wine today.
