45% Syrah, 30% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Grenache Noir. Each variety was vinified and aged separately, then blended before spending one year in stainless steel before being bottled. The result is a harmoniously layered wine that is powerful and complex now but will age gracefully for 10 years or more.

Maíra Kimura, Yumi Shimada and Fernanda Ueno are four Brazilian ‘Sansei’ (Third generation Japanese who were born in a new country of residence). Their first beer, ‘Wasabiru’ - an APA with Wasabi - was launched in 2014. Since then the four talented brewers presented numerous beers, all of which are brewed with Japanese inspiration and ingredients. Paving the way for women in the beer industry, their unique, interesting and delicious beers are on a constant rise, with ‘Japas’ already a familiar name in the thriving craft beer scene in Brazil.

Sansho Ale ( エール山椒 ) is made with Sansho - a highly regarded Japanese peppercorn that is a core ingredient of "shichimi" - is used in the brewing of this very unique Japanese Ale. Nose: Citrus, Pepper. Flavor: Pale Ale that is a little spicy and a little bitter Type: Sansho Pepper Ale . Hops: Perle. ABV: 5%.
