  • Maíra Kimura, Yumi Shimada and Fernanda Ueno are four Brazilian ‘Sansei’ (Third generation Japanese who were born in a new country of residence). Their first beer, ‘Wasabiru’ - an APA with Wasabi - was launched in 2014. Since then the four talented brewers presented numerous beers, all of which are brewed with Japanese inspiration and ingredients. Paving the way for women in the beer industry, their unique, interesting and delicious beers are on a constant rise, with ‘Japas’ already a familiar name in the thriving craft beer scene in Brazil.
  • 45% Syrah, 30% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Grenache Noir. Each variety was vinified and aged separately, then blended before spending one year in stainless steel before being bottled. The result is a harmoniously layered wine that is powerful and complex now but will age gracefully for 10 years or more.
  • This Riesling displays aromas and flavors of candied pears and apples. Lush, rich and expressive with intense fruit and a long flavorful finish.  From Piesport, on the river Mosel in Germany.
  • This unusual Taru-style Junmai has a history rich with culture. Invigorating aromas of cedar and dried banana chips.  The cedar carries though light on the palate, but the banana comes through stronger with some tropical fruits as tertiary tastes.
  • By borrowing the power of the same naturally-occurring lactobacilli that have been produced in the Kiku-Masamune brewery for generations, this carefully & deliberately brewed sake Kimoto Junmai is born in the heart of the Nada ward of Hyogo (a region historically famous for Sake) where the brewery has been operating since the early Edo period of Japan. The sake itself has a deep, round flavor and is excellent at any temperature with nearly any kind of food.
  • Silky smooth and smartly chic in a chic frosted glass bottle, Kinushiro is a Junmai grade Nigori sake with a clean and refreshing aftertaste and a full but elegant character.  Bright tropical fruit abound on the palate, with melon as the star of the show.  The rice of the nigori is faintly noticeable and adds very moderate texture in the most silky way possible.
  • One of our most popular sake -- full-bodied and positively bursting with the fresh and creamy flavor of steamed rice, roasted hazelnuts, and pungent tropical fruit. Pop open an ice-cold Funaguchi to experience one of Japan's most unique offerings for yourself.
  • The clear nectar contained in this gorgeous blue bottle will impress upon you a gentle, mandarin orange aroma and a light dry finish with notes of ginger. A little heavier on the palate than the typical Tanrei-Karakuchi Niigata sake style, this one goes down a little too easy.
  • A sip of this sake brings the same intensity, dryness and clarity as that of a crisp wind. This palate cleansing quality and a hidden but ever-present umami make this brew the Kikusui Sake Company's most highly recommended sake to enjoy with food. A fun suggestion is to experience this sake anew with the passing of each season - try chilling the sake in summer, warming it in winter, and matching it to a wide berth of your favorite seasonal dishes.
  • A mouthful of Japan’s #1 selling Nigorizake “Perfect Snow” leaves a perfectly excellent impression. "Impact" is the main idea, coming from a flowery, full body, a crisp and dynamic sweetness, and the delectable aftertaste of steamed rice from the coarsely filtered rice mash particles - not to mention the amazing 21% ABV! It's no wonder there is no Nigorizake that can share the spotlight with this tasty sake giant. (Be sure to grab a spoon. It's chonky!)
  • 58% ABV, Distilled using Wheat, Corn, Rice, Glutinous Rice, Sorghum in clay pots. Aromas of Stewed Bananas, Cherries, Bitter Melon, Minerals, and Flavors of Hot Pepper, Rice Powder, Vanilla Pudding, Coconut Ash, Cigar Wrapper.
  • Moravian Pinot Noir, grown by folks who are clearly passionate about wine.  Pinot Noir is the variety that we plant on the best spots, and the one we buy more and more Francois Freres barrels for. It’s the wine that made us known around the world, and it’s so distinctive that we’re never quite satisfied with it. It has a life of its own, it is independent, willful, it does not like outside interference. An uncompromising beauty that’s worth the effort. In fact, we just observe this wine from a distance, letting it surprise us again and again
