  • 100% Nebbiolo from Piedmont. Bright cherry and licorice aromas. Dry and medium bodied with taut red fruits, hints of toast, modest tannins and refreshing acidity.
  • 100% Cortese (a white grape variety predominantly grown in the southeastern region of Piedmont in the provinces of Alessandria and Asti)
  • 100% Nebbiolo from Piedmont. Intense aromas of licorice, violets and tobacco. Full bodied and dry with sweet berry flavors and hints of leather and spices all framed by ripe, robust tannins and gentle acidity.
  • 100% Barbera. Medium-full-bodied and dry with black cherry and toasty aromas. Fruity and earthy with savory tannins and brisk acidity.
  • Tavkveri vinified in Kakheti, Georgia in ancient Qvevri, and aged in oak barrels. Pomegranate in color with strong aroma of berry fruits and a hint of rosemary. Persistent, dark, and juicy in the mouth with a long, but dry finish.
  • 100% Montepulciano. Bright and luminous. Red berry fruit aromas. Fresh and harmonious with a soft palate.
  • Mtsvane vinified in Kakheti, Georgia.  Amber, clear-bright with warm color. Aroma of autumn flowers. With a slightly higher acidity and strong tanning substances, long-time and long-lasting taste.
  • Kisi vinified in Kakheti, Georgia in ancient Qvevri.  Amber, clear-bright with warm color. Aroma of summer white fruits and wild flowers. With a slightly higher acidity and stronger tannins, the finish is dry and long-lasting.
  • Khikhivi vinified in Kakheti, Georgia in ancient Qvevri.  Amber, clear bright with warm color. Aroma of autumn fruits, dried apricot, walnuts, and persimmon. High acidity and strong tannins, the finish is very dry and long-lasting.
  • Tamano Hikari Brewery's first sparkling sake, crafted through in-bottle secondary fermentation. This lightly cloudy sparkling sake boasts natural bubbles, complemented by the umami and subtle sweetness typical of sake. It stimulates the palate and is ideal not only as an aperitif or toast, but also as a versatile pairing throughout a meal.
  • This Junmai Ginjo grade canned sake has a natural acidity balanced with soft and savory Umami characteristics. Has light flower and grain notes on the nose, and a refreshing medium-short finish. Popular for Izakaya and Ramen shops.
  • Tamanohikari uses Bizen-Omachi rice, a rare variety regarded as the best rice for making sake.  The nose is very floral with notes of pear, spicy nutmeg, and a hint of anise. Cottony flavors of nuts, banana, and pear dance on the tongue and fall to a pleasant, pillowy dryness.
