  • A light citrus color, with the aromas of citrus fruits, green apples, and pears. It has a fresh, crisp taste, with good acidity and balance. Drink young, within one year and a half after the harvest. Pairs well with seafood, appetizers, and light dishes.  11% ABV
  • From Vinho Verde, Portugal.  Made with a blend of Padeiro + Vinhao grapes.   A very fruity wine with fine, persistent bubbles. Refreshing and full of red fruit and wild yeast flavours. Its natural sediment makes the wine cloudy while increasing the complexity of the flavours.
  • Probably the best Syrah you've ever had. Varietal: 98% Syrah, 1% Mourvedre, 1% Petit Verdot.  Deep red to violet. Upfront red fruit on the nose with black fruit appearing next. A joyful and balanced wine on the palate. Round and soft tannins with many layers of flavour. Long finish.
  • 100% dry-farmed Syrah. Red-violet in color with a medium-high intensity. On the nose, spice dominates, with a pronounced minerality that is repeated on the palate. It’s a very fine, elegant wine, tremendously complex with lots of flavors. None stands out more than the others, making it a very balanced wine. With a medium intensity on the palate, it has a very long finish.
  • Deep violet-red. On the nose, it displays floral notes and black fruits accompanied by moss and spicy hints. It's a full-bodied wine with a very balanced texture between its acidity and the fruit. Integrated tannins and a long finish.
  • 86% Syrah, 10% Grenache, 2% Tempranillo from Colchagua Valley in Chile, and made by Sven Bruchfeld.   No fining. No filtering. Hand harvested. 100% Stainless Steel.
  • GSM stands for the initials of the varieties Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, which is a commonly used blend in many parts of the world. T stands for Tempranillo, which is NOT something that is found very often blended with the other three. The three varieties were planted on a small parcel for experimental purposes along with our main variety Syrah. Grenache is fruit, Syrah is texture, Mourvedre is the backbone and Tempranillo brings it all together.
