  • This beautiful Junmai Daiginjo, made with Yamada Nishiki rice, is aged for a minimum of 3 years in Hakkaisan Brewery’s snow-storage room, called the Yukimuro.
  • The #1 selling premium rice shochu in Japan - Hakutake Shiro Kome Shochu - is clean and easy with an elegant aroma and a soft mouthfeel.
  • A puckering, refreshing and easy sweetness that could only come from a mixture of Japanese Ume (plum) and juice of the Dekopon fruit infused into rice shochu.
  • Grüner Veltliner from Niedeoesterreich GV, Krems, Austria.  Aromas of flowers and peach with white pepper notes. Light to medium bodied and dry, with well-balanced, crisp acidity, and flavors of spice, light herbs and minerals.
