  • 100% Muscat Bailey A Sparkling Rose, NV, This wine is made using saignée and the Charmat method. It is an extremely dry, crisp sparkling wine. Enjoy the strawberry aroma and dry taste.
  • From Yamanashi, Japan- 100% Muscat Bailey A ("MBA") A Japanese indigenous red grape variety developed by the “Father” of Japanese Wine, Zenbei Kawakami.
  • 100% Koshu from Yamanashi, Japan. The Koshu grape is a variety unique to Japan that has been cultivated in Katsunuma for many centuries. Similar to an elegant Burgundian Pinot Blanc, this dry white wine's lightly fruity aroma and light mouthfeel will bring out the delicious flavors of your food. Its simple flavor is enhanced by the complex taste of the pressed juice, giving it the distinct flavor of Koshu grapes.
  • 100% Koshu from Yamanashi, Japan. A refreshing and dry sparkling wine in which the distinctive aroma and flavor of Koshu grapes are beautifully balanced with smooth bubbles. Reminiscent of a sparkling Pinot Blanc. It pairs exceptionally well with light dishes of any genre, or as a party-opening flute of bubbles, so please enjoy it well chilled.
  • 35% ABV, Distilled from 100% Rice! Aromas of soft and floral winds with citrus notes. Flavors are light and sweet, like cotton candy with steamed rice overtones.
  • The name “Michinoku Onikoroshi” comes from the phrase “dry enough to kill demons”. Extremely dry sake with +10 dryness level. Delicious at any temperature – the brisk taste is highlighted when chilled and, when warmed up, it becomes more mellow. Great with a wide range of dishes.
  • 40% Xarel.lo, 35% Macabeu, 20% Parellada and 5% Garnatxa.   Delicate pale rosé color with fine persistent bubbles.  Aromas of fresh, floral, ripened red fruits with slightly nutty nose.  Palate is perfectly balanced, delicate, pleasant with long and clean finish.
  • Nanbu Bijin means, "Southern Beauty." Using locally grown Ginotome rice, this sake is rich but refreshing, and long lasting with a subtle velvety texture, as well as their savory umami on the mid palate. There is an intensity of aromas including quality rice notes, fruity, floral, and grainy characters, along with marshmallows. Neat, clean, and crafted to pair with a wide range of food, excellent at any temperature.
  • “Nama Genshu” means sake which is unpasteurized and undiluted. Sake is almost always pasteurized twice and water is added to adjust aroma and flavor, to lower alcohol content before bottling, but this sake does not go through those processes and retained its integral structure and body.
  • One of E-Corp's best selling off-premise sake- known for its striking label and great value.  This sake's main traits are the great rustic rice flavor and soft mouthfeel, with a dry and light aftertaste.  Easy to drink.
  • This is a very neutral, rice-driven sake which is on the dry side. Very rough-and-ready. The label has two funny oni (demons) scarfing sake on it. It's contained in a brick-pack (think: paper milk carton) with a plastic-wrapped straw included. Drinking it brings back memories of elementary school juice boxes... only more adult-like.
  • A well-balanced Daiginjo with a vibrant aroma of tropical fruits produced by carefully brewing at low temperatures. A refreshingly light, dry, and well-balanced sake with a soft mouthfeel and rich flavors rice and umami.
