  • 86% Old Vine Zinfandel, 9% Petite Sirah, 5% old vine Carignane *** Sustainably Farmed and Organically Grown.  76% Mendocino County, 20% Sonoma County, 4% Contra Costa Co.  Aromas of black cherry, ripe plum and raspberry fruit combine with a hint of cigar box, and vanilla-oak baking spice loveliness. Smoothly textured in mouth, and the palate is very creamy and round, with a finish that is long with lush jammy fruit.
  • 78% Chardonnay, 22% Viognier:  Tropical fruits like pineapple and a bit of guava, green apple, oak spice. Soft creamy mouthfeel, punctuated by bright acidity and a crisp finish. Walks the line between pure stainless steel fermented, leaner Chardonnay and the fat, buttery barrel-fermented style. Very food compatible with chicken, pork or fish!.
  • Central Coast, California Rhone-style Red: 34% Mourvèdre, 20% Carignane, 20% Petite Sirah, 13% Grenache Noir, 13% Alicante Bouschet. Nose shows delightful strawberry and black cherry fruit, a bit of savory leather notes and sweet vanilla oak. Lively in mouth but super smooth and creamy, richly textured and layered, elegant and long.
  • 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 20% Viognier and 10% Marsanne.  Enticing nose of spicy pears and white peaches, almond paste/marzipan, a touch of honeysuckle perfume. Multi-dimensional (many layers), a hard-to-describe range of aromatics, intriguing, almost mysterious!  In the mouth it is crisply dry yet creamy and round and full-bodied, with nice almond paste on crisp-yet-juicy pear fruit.
  • Croatina, Uva Rara, and Barbera from Lombardy, Italy.  Slightly effervescent.  A sweet wine of a bright ruby red with purplish reflections. Full bodied and vinous with notes of violets together with raspberry and blueberry jams, smooth and fragrant.
  • Pelaverga Piccolo of Verduno is a native grape variety of ancient cultivation. Considered to be one of the smallest DOCs in Italy with notes of spicy and fruits.
  • Brahma is the most famous and consumed Brazilian beer all over the world.  Its unique flavor begins with ingredient selection, goes through the most rigorous quality tests, and ends with our passion for brewing.  Brahma beer is more than a beverage, it is a national passion since 1888.
  • This Muroka (not-charcoal-filtered) sake is aged for one year at -10 and has a pale gold color with refreshing acidity. Serve chilled in a large wine glass to accentuate its deep, refreshing flavors. It has a smooth texture that expands on the mid-palate and offers an elegant mouthfeel, finishing with a dry note.
  • Kyloe (pronounced Kahy-loh) is inspired by the hardy breed of highland cattle, the Kyloe, known to survive in the bitter windswept highlands and islands of Scotland. Black Bull Kyloe shares much of its likeness with this great breed, robust and with outstanding pedigree.
  • True to its heritage and truly different to the norm, Black Bull 12 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky is bottled at a higher strength and contains a higher malt whisky content than most of the blended Scotch whiskies available today.
  • GSM stands for the initials of the varieties Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, which is a commonly used blend in many parts of the world. T stands for Tempranillo, which is NOT something that is found very often blended with the other three. The three varieties were planted on a small parcel for experimental purposes along with our main variety Syrah. Grenache is fruit, Syrah is texture, Mourvedre is the backbone and Tempranillo brings it all together.
  • Bereziartua is a traditional Basque apple cider produced since 1870 by the Bereziartua family.  The finished cider is unfiltered, and natural sediment is an essential component of its character. It contributes to Bereziartua’s fresh, tangy flavor, which is drier than most American and English style ciders.
