100% Saperavi. Deep pomegranate red in color, on the nose it shows ripe cherry, black currant and coffee-like notes are followed by full and round taste of dark fruit flavors, tobacco and black pepper.

100% Mtvane fermented 20 days on the skins and aged in Qvevri for five months. Floral and delicate on the nose with nutty aromas of dried fruit, coriander, white pepper and green apple. Flavors of lemon tea, spices and light tannins on the finish.

Made from fresh sugarcane juice, cachaça is the national spirit of Brazil. It as a more subtle sweetness than rum, and the fruit characteristics are a bit brighter in general. The "Silver" version is made entirely in stainless steel, and sees no oak.
