  • This is a light partially dry sake is a shiboritate (just-pressed style) that preserves the fresh flavor and aroma of freshly-squeezed ingredients. Think of it like a Beaujolais. It has a refreshing taste and smooth finish. The label has two funny oni (demons) scarfing sake on it. It's contained in a brick-pack (paper milk carton) with a plastic-wrapped straw included. Drinking it brings back memories of elementary school juice boxes... only more adult-like.
  • Ohoro means “to continue” in the language of the Ainu, the indigenous people of Hokkaido. Niseko Distillery hopes the gin crafted in Niseko, Hokkaido, will be enjoyed by many for generations to come. The gin is a clear, smooth, yet robust flavor with a light citrus aroma that makes an excellent base for cocktails. Absolutely sublime neat, with beautiful nuances of yuzu, chamomile, and coriander. Recommended for Gin & Tonic, White Lady, Gimlet, and Martini cocktails.
  • Onna Xarel.lo is a white wine produced with the grape variety Xarel.lo from 100% organic certificate old vines grown in Penedés region. The juice was cold macerated with the skins to obtain the distinctive qualities of this indigenous grape variety. Onna is a that presents a pale yellow color with white and tropical fruit aroma, full-bodied, pleasant and dry. It is an organic and vegan certificate wine.
  • From Nago, Okinawa.  Nurtured in the subtropical Okinawan climate, Orion is blessed with an exhilarating crispness and a mild flavor. Easy and enjoyable.  Style: Rice Lager, ABV: 7%, Hops: Bitter Hops
  • From Nago, Okinawa. An authentic taste that has been achieved by significantly increasing the malt content and adding barley. Its food compatibility is exceptional, making every meal more satisfying and enjoyable.  Style: Lager, ABV: 5.5%, Hops: Bitter Hops + Aroma Hops
  • The gentle taste of Okinawa-grown wheat with reduced bitterness is complemented by the refreshing aroma and acidity. The use of wheat gives it a mellow taste, and furthermore, the bitterness is reduced and a moderate acidity can be felt, which gives it a refreshing flavor.  Style: White Ale, ABV: 5%, Hops: Aroma Hops
  • 85% Nero d’Avola, 15% Merlot. Medium-full-bodied and dry with black cherry and toasty aromas. Fruity and earthy with savory tannins and brisk acidity.
  • 100% Pinot Grigio. Terre Siciliane I.G.T., Italy. Fresh and luscious fruity aromas of apple and pear with a hint of citrus fruit and flowers.
  • The best sakamai, Yamadanishiki was polished down to 50% of original size, this seasonal limited Hiyaoroshi sake has an enticing and elegant aroma of peach and pineapple. Its delicate sweet and sour flavor finishes nicely and smoothly in your mouth.
  • A lovely rose-colored sake that exists within a sphere of balance between sweet and tart, and has a flavor that resembles strawberries and honeydew melon. Brewed with the exceedingly difficult-to-use red yeast, it has been said that if a Junmai Daiginjo is the most difficult grade of sake to brew, this Rosé Junmai Daiginjo was 10 times as difficult, so many brewers are unable to work with it. For ultimate fruity freshness, keep refrigerated.
  • 100% Alvarinho from the Vinho Verde region, uniquely aged on its lees for 6 months. Complex aromas of lemon trees and ripe tropical fruits. On the palate, equally complex with a good body, but very fresh. Well-balanced with pleasant acidity and a long, persistent finish.
  • Vin de Pays d’Oc, Languedoc-Roussillon, France.  Classic Pinot Noir aromas of strawberry and cherry with hints of minerals. Dry and medium-bodied, with bright red fruit flavors and a clean finish.
