  • Brewed in Hyde Park NY, using “The King of Rice,” 100% Yamadanishiki shipped from Japan, Dassai Blue 50 is milled down to 50% (Funny that), qualifying it as a Junmai Daiginjo. Licorice and cantaloupe give way to pineapple candy, lemon curd and vanilla with a hint of brine on the finish.

  • 60% Syrah, 20% Merlot, 20% Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouchet). Ruby red color. Clean on the nose, of medium intensity, with a presence of ripe black fruit, notes of black pepper and roasted coffee. On the palate it is dry, with medium acidity and well-rounded tannins.
  • 75% Old Vine Garnacha, 25% Old Vine Tempranillo- from Campo de Borja DO, Spain.  This dry, medium bodied red wine is delicious and easy to drink, with bright aromatics, supple red fruit flavors, hints of vanilla and a soft, smooth texture with balanced acidity.
  • Mtsvane Amber is a natural wine crafted by DoReMi in the Kakheti region in Eastern Georgia.  This wine has a nutty aspect running alongside vibrant herbal undertones and incredibly grippy tannins.  Do not serve chilled.

  • 100% Riesling from Finger Lakes, New York, prepared in Methode Champenoise.  This delicious, fruity Cremant-style sparkling wine is a very inviting, easy-to-drink sparkling wine. Apple, honey and spicy aromas on a solid acidic backbone gives this wine a great balance and fruit forwardness.
  • 100% Riesling from Finger Lakes, New York.  Ripe and tropical, harmonizing fresh lime juice, fresh citrus and petrol stoniness from the Keuka vineyards with cantaloupe and apricot from the Seneca vineyards. Behind the zingy freshness is a rich body and a discreet creaminess which forms energy, brightness, and persistence.
  • The 2024 Gewürztraminer bursts from the glass with a vibrant bouquet of tropical fruits, unfolding into layers of lychee, ripe apricot, and sun-kissed melon, wrapped in a delicate veil of fresh rose petals and orange blossom. On the palate, this wine is rich and smooth, with a plush texture that amplifies the opulence of its fruit-forward profile. Expressive and generously aromatic, this Gewürztraminer captures the variety’s classic charm while showcasing the elegance and balance of the Finger Lakes.
  • The 2024 Grüner Veltliner is a vibrant and expressive take on this Austrian classic, showing off the unique character of our Finger Lakes site. On the nose, it opens with lifted aromas of candied lime, apricot, and a subtle stoniness, hinting at both freshness and depth. The palate is ripe and fruit-forward, offering layers of green apple, lime, and stone fruit wrapped in a rich, round texture. A core of lime-driven acidity provides brightness and precision, balancing the wine’s plush mouthfeel and adding length to the clean, mineral finish. Complex yet approachable, this Grüner Veltliner is a dynamic wine that beautifully marries freshness with richness - an exciting expression of both grape and place.
  • The floral and fruity bouquets of this wine, with mineral and toasty elements, are in harmony with this style of Chardonnay. The aromas of white peach, quince and melon on the nose give way to a supple texture with good fruit concentration, vibrant acidity and a clean finish. This Chardonnay exemplifies the food friendly style that we strive for at Dr. Frank's with good acidity, integrated and not overwhelming oak, moderate alcohol and a wine not dominated by the malolactic character.
  • Marselan is a varietal produced in 1961 by crossing Grenache with Cabernet Sauvignon.  Very fruity and lively with balsamic, small berry fruit (blackcurrant, wild strawberry, blueberry) aromas, with a lovely, mellow concentration. Easy-drinking.
  • Golden in color with aromas of dried fruits and cooked apples. Dried fruits and candied citrus on the palate with a hint of nuttiness and vibrant acidity. Well-balanced with a moderately persistent finish, leaving a lingering hint of walnut and toasted almonds.
  • Though only 250 acres of this rare grape remain, Piquepoul Noir has been grown in Southern France for centuries.  It is originally from the Languedoc and is one of the 13 grapes permitted in Châteauneuf du Pape. Ours is produced from one grower’s 5 acre hillside vineyard in Cazouls.
  • Named for the legendary swordsman and wood-carver, Hidari Jingoro, this honjozo is a slightly dry sake with a soft, sweet aroma derived from rice. It has a mellow taste and a strong rice flavor. It goes down smoothly and is refreshing. Afterwards, you can feel a slight aftertaste of rice.
  • Made with Yuzu juice and Honjozo sake, this is a uniquely citrus-infused, flavored sake treat. Low in alcohol and high in flavor, Yuzu Bay Sake is a perfect replacement for any fruit wine such as plum wine and other dessert wines. Serve on the rocks or with crushed ice. Also great for unique cocktails.

  • This smooth and vibrant triple-distilled single malt is a unique bottle in the scotch world where only a handful of distilleries are using this production method. Using unpeated malted barley, this whisky has been distilled three times to provide a silk smoothness and a bright, delicate, flavour profile. This whisky has been matured in both bourbon casks and a small about of virgin oak casks, which are married together before bottling. The result is a whisky with an orchard fruit-forward flavour profile, boasting notes of sweet vanilla, apple, pear, peaches, with delicate floral undertones.

Coro Mendocino is a collaborative effort started by eight Mendocino winemakers in 2001 to create a class of distinctive wines that showcase the rich heritage and unique characteristics of Mendocino County. This is the first time in U.S. history that vintners have set blending and aging parameters for wines distinctive to a region (i.e. like the appellation controllee wines of Europe).
  • 100% Moscato Bianco-  Graziano's Moscato is produced in a style that is very reminiscent of the renowned Moscato d’ Asti, very fragrant, light and sweet.  This wine has rich aromas of fresh peaches, freesia and lime zest followed by similar fruity flavors, a rich sweet mouth-feel and great balanced acidity
  • Primo Rosso, "first red," in Italian, is a blend of many old-world varietals, many which have been grown in Mendocino, California for over a century:  Zinfandel, Primitivo, Carignane, Petite Sirah and Syrah
  • 100% Vermentino. This Wine produced a dry, extremely fragrant wine with mineral notes along with aromas and flavors of exotic flowers, ripe pear, and tropical fruits that are framed with great acidity and a lingering, rich mouthfeel and finish.
  • Blend: 75% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir (2022 vintage). This wine has deep floral aromas and flavors of cherry pie, raspberry and toasty oak. This well-balanced wine has soft acidity and an elegant mouth feel. It finishes long, smooth and fruity
  • 100% Zinfandel. This vintage displays a rich dark purple garnet color and deep aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, plum, spicy sandalwood with hints of toasty oak. Uplifting flavors of plum, black cherry cola and a subtle of earthiness combine to give this full-bodied Zinfandel a generous mouth-feel. Rich full tannins and balanced acidity lead into a long, lingering finish.

  • Maíra Kimura, Yumi Shimada and Fernanda Ueno are four Brazilian ‘Sansei’ (Third generation Japanese who were born in a new country of residence). Their first beer, ‘Wasabiru’ - an APA with Wasabi - was launched in 2014. Since then the four talented brewers presented numerous beers, all of which are brewed with Japanese inspiration and ingredients. Paving the way for women in the beer industry, their unique, interesting and delicious beers are on a constant rise, with ‘Japas’ already a familiar name in the thriving craft beer scene in Brazil.
  • 45% Syrah, 30% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Grenache Noir. Each variety was vinified and aged separately, then blended before spending one year in stainless steel before being bottled.   • By borrowing the power of the same naturally-occurring lactobacilli that have been produced in the Kiku-Masamune brewery for generations, this carefully & deliberately brewed sake Kimoto Junmai is born in the heart of the Nada ward of Hyogo (a region historically famous for Sake) where the brewery has been operating since the early Edo period of Japan. The sake itself has a deep, round flavor and is excellent at any temperature with nearly any kind of food.
