  • 100% Mtvane fermented 20 days on the skins and aged in Qvevri for five months. Floral and delicate on the nose with nutty aromas of dried fruit, coriander, white pepper and green apple. Flavors of lemon tea, spices and light tannins on the finish.
  • 100% Saperavi grapes are used to make Kindzmarauli, a naturally semi-sweet wine from the Kvareli district of Kakheti. The wine is deep dark red in color, ripe fruit on the nose and silky texture on the palate with a rich fruity flavors and a touch of sweetness. A favorite wine of Josef Stalin. NBD.
  • 100% Saperavi. Deep pomegranate red in color, on the nose it shows ripe cherry, black currant and coffee-like notes are followed by full and round taste of dark fruit flavors, tobacco and black pepper.
  • Maíra Kimura, Yumi Shimada and Fernanda Ueno are four Brazilian ‘Sansei’ (Third generation Japanese who were born in a new country of residence). Their first beer, ‘Wasabiru’ - an APA with Wasabi - was launched in 2014. Since then the four talented brewers presented numerous beers, all of which are brewed with Japanese inspiration and ingredients. Paving the way for women in the beer industry, their unique, interesting and delicious beers are on a constant rise, with ‘Japas’ already a familiar name in the thriving craft beer scene in Brazil.
  • From Obidos DOC, Lisboa, Portugal, this wine is made from Castelão, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional.  Aromas of red brewed fruits with chocolate notes stemming from the ageing in wood.  Very smooth and spicy. Intense and persistent finish.
  • From Obidos DOC, Lisboa, Portugal, made of Vital (85%), Fernão Pires (5%) and Arinto (10%), this white wine is delightfully summer.  Bright and happy notes of fruit and sunshine with white flowers on the nose.
  • The Dry version of the famous Dassai Blue 50.
  • This Junmai Daiginjo has a complex flavor and flawlessly balances umami, sweetness and tartness. Pleasantly floral, Kubota Manjyu’s refined aroma is in perfect harmony with its clean, silky and smooth texture. Notes of dried strawberry and nuts. A truly sublime tanrei-karakuchi (dry & crisp) sake.
  • The 2024 Gewürztraminer bursts from the glass with a vibrant bouquet of tropical fruits, unfolding into layers of lychee, ripe apricot, and sun-kissed melon, wrapped in a delicate veil of fresh rose petals and orange blossom. On the palate, this wine is rich and smooth, with a plush texture that amplifies the opulence of its fruit-forward profile. Hints of spiced pear, ginger, and citrus zest add dimension, while a gentle acidity keeps everything lifted and bright. The finish is long and perfumed, echoing with floral and fruit notes that linger gracefully. Expressive and generously aromatic, this Gewürztraminer captures the variety’s classic charm while showcasing the elegance and balance of the Finger Lakes.
  • Tamano Hikari Brewery's first sparkling sake, crafted through in-bottle secondary fermentation. This lightly cloudy sparkling sake boasts natural bubbles, complemented by the umami and subtle sweetness typical of sake. It stimulates the palate and is ideal not only as an aperitif or toast, but also as a versatile pairing throughout a meal.
  • Moravian Pinot Noir, grown by folks who are clearly passionate about wine.  Pinot Noir is the variety that we plant on the best spots, and the one we buy more and more Francois Freres barrels for. It’s the wine that made us known around the world, and it’s so distinctive that we’re never quite satisfied with it. It has a life of its own, it is independent, willful, it does not like outside interference. An uncompromising beauty that’s worth the effort. In fact, we just observe this wine from a distance, letting it surprise us again and again
  • This wine has grown in the picturesque steep slopes of the Moselle.   • This Zeller Schwarze Katz sweet red wine seduces with its soft, fruity sweetness and a seductive bouquet of ripe red berries. The harmonious taste of cherry, plum, and a gentle spice makes it a perfect companion for cozy evenings. This sweet-fruity red wine brings a piece of Moselle romance to your glass – ideal for romantic moments or to enjoy with a good meal.
  • Fagus is made from organic Garnacha grapes harvested by hand from 50+ year old cordon and goblet style vines in the 4th week of September. Cherry red color with ruby hues. Intense mineral, spice and vanilla aromas. Powerful and fleshy, yet balanced and concentrated with bright acidity, silky tannins and a long finish. A much more modern style of winemaking.
  • Central Coast, California Rhone-style Red: 34% Mourvèdre, 20% Carignane, 20% Petite Sirah, 13% Grenache Noir, 13% Alicante Bouschet. Nose shows delightful strawberry and black cherry fruit, a bit of savory leather notes and sweet vanilla oak. Lively in mouth but super smooth and creamy, richly textured and layered, elegant and long.
  • Vermentino + Sauvignon Blanc blended and fermented in stainless steel, and no oak ageing. Lively and fresh aromas of golden apple and herbaceous notes. Full and harmonious taste, long persistence.
  • 75% Garnacha, 25% Tempranillo, aged 6 months in American oak. Deep red color with spice and ripe fruit aromas. Medium-bodied, supple and dry, with notes of black cherry, raspberry, and hints of vanilla. Soft tannins and a moderate acidity keep everything in balance.
  • An unique and refreshingly bittersweet low-calorie liqueur. Sengetsu Shochu is blended with healthy Kumamoto-grown red shiso. The deep red blush and flavor are achieved without coloring agents, additives, or preservatives. Koishiso is enjoyable on the rocks, with club soda, and on vanilla ice cream.
  • Made with Yuzu juice and Honjozo sake, this is a uniquely citrus-infused, flavored sake treat. Low in alcohol and high in flavor, Yuzu Bay Sake is a perfect replacement for any fruit wine such as plum wine and other dessert wines. Serve on the rocks or with crushed ice. Also great for unique cocktails.

  • 50% Carignane, 30% Zinfandel & 20% Petite Sirah, A rendezvous with friends is all the more delicious a pleasure over a bottle of luscious chilled dry rosé, hence the name of our “Rendezvous Rosé.“ Light cranberry color, juicy strawberry-watermelon fruit aromas, nice minerality with a lift of spring flowers and fresh zest from cara-cara oranges.
  • The alcohol content is on the slightly lower side at around 14% and characterized by a light and soft mouthfeel with a refreshing aroma reminiscent of fresh fruits. Polished to 50%, this sake, made from Yamagata’s sake rice “Dewa Sansan,” offers a clean and refined quality with a gentle and soft taste, making it an ideal choice for those trying sake for the first time.
  • 100% Donauriesling, a new PIWI grape varietal.  Pronounced ripe drupaceous fruit, apricots, orange zests, slight hints of melissa and citrus aromas, continuous fruit on the palate.  From Niederösterreich - Krems, Austria.
  • Big, bold, and sassy, this wine is a blend of Corina, Primitivo, and Nero d'Avola, from 3 regions, forming a perfect opera in your glass.
  • 90% Corvina, 10% Rondinella (and Corvinone in the Amarone skins) aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Complex without being overly aggressive, but very forward and without apology.
  • A beautiful and elegant Amarone made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone- set out to dry for ~3 months before making wine from them. Full of cherries, spicy chocolate, and bold in structure, this is one memorable wine!
