Thalè is most the prestigious line of Casal Thaulero wines. Thalè essentially means “this is it” in the Abruzzo dialect. Indeed they provide the full body and power of Abruzzo’s indigenous grape varieties and the region’s three hundred years of winemaking tradition. In short, it is “wine as it was always meant to be”, available in limited production only for the finest vintages. Montepulciano at its finest.

Montepulciano from Abruzzo, Italy. Deep red. Ethereal and complex, with sour black cherry and soft fruit scents. Round, elegant, full-bodied and velvety, a final spicy hint.

Rich in fruity, floral and vegetable fragrances that remind of the freshly picked grapes. Round and persistent with a fresh hint of acidity.

BRUT. 100% Glera coming from hillside vineyards located in the D.O.C.G. Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, exclusive production zone of Prosecco Superiore, at an altitude of 100m above sea level. Straw yellow colour with green undertones. Floral and fruity with elegant fragrance of apple and citrus. Fine body, well-balanced, and pleasantly acidic.

90% Glera, and 10% Pinot Nero. Pale pink color, bright with fine and persistent perlage. Fine, characteristic, typical of the grapes of origin, with penetrants fruity and floral notes. Harmonious, balance, with a fruity and soft blood orange on the tongue and a fresh aftertaste. Residual Sugar: 9-10 g/l - Brut!

50% Carignane, 30% Zinfandel & 20% Petite Sirah, A rendezvous with friends is all the more delicious a pleasure over a bottle of luscious chilled dry rosé, hence the name of our “Rendezvous Rosé.“ Light cranberry color, juicy strawberry-watermelon fruit aromas, nice minerality with a lift of spring flowers and fresh zest from cara-cara oranges.

86% Old Vine Zinfandel, 9% Petite Sirah, 5% old vine Carignane *** Sustainably Farmed and Organically Grown. 76% Mendocino County, 20% Sonoma County, 4% Contra Costa Co. Aromas of black cherry, ripe plum and raspberry fruit combine with a hint of cigar box, and vanilla-oak baking spice loveliness. Smoothly textured in mouth, and the palate is very creamy and round, with a finish that is long with lush jammy fruit.

78% Chardonnay, 22% Viognier: Tropical fruits like pineapple and a bit of guava, green apple, oak spice. Soft creamy mouthfeel, punctuated by bright acidity and a crisp finish. Walks the line between pure stainless steel fermented, leaner Chardonnay and the fat, buttery barrel-fermented style. Very food compatible with chicken, pork or fish!.

Central Coast, California Rhone-style Red: 34% Mourvèdre, 20% Carignane, 20% Petite Sirah, 13% Grenache Noir, 13% Alicante Bouschet. Nose shows delightful strawberry and black cherry fruit, a bit of savory leather notes and sweet vanilla oak. Lively in mouth but super smooth and creamy, richly textured and layered, elegant and long.

40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 20% Viognier and 10% Marsanne. Enticing nose of spicy pears and white peaches, almond paste/marzipan, a touch of honeysuckle perfume. Multi-dimensional (many layers), a hard-to-describe range of aromatics, intriguing, almost mysterious! In the mouth it is crisply dry yet creamy and round and full-bodied, with nice almond paste on crisp-yet-juicy pear fruit.

Croatina, Uva Rara, and Barbera from Lombardy, Italy. Slightly effervescent. A sweet wine of a bright ruby red with purplish reflections. Full bodied and vinous with notes of violets together with raspberry and blueberry jams, smooth and fragrant.

This Muroka (not-charcoal-filtered) sake is aged for one year at -10 and has a pale gold color with refreshing acidity. Serve chilled in a large wine glass to accentuate its deep, refreshing flavors. It has a smooth texture that expands on the mid-palate and offers an elegant mouthfeel, finishing with a dry note.

GSM stands for the initials of the varieties Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, which is a commonly used blend in many parts of the world. T stands for Tempranillo, which is NOT something that is found very often blended with the other three. The three varieties were planted on a small parcel for experimental purposes along with our main variety Syrah. Grenache is fruit, Syrah is texture, Mourvedre is the backbone and Tempranillo brings it all together.

Bereziartua is a traditional Basque apple cider produced since 1870 by the Bereziartua family. The finished cider is unfiltered, and natural sediment is an essential component of its character. It contributes to Bereziartua’s fresh, tangy flavor, which is drier than most American and English style ciders.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Colchagua, Chile. Fresh aromas and flavors of ripe tropical fruit, roasted bell pepper, sweet pea blossom, and black cherry with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, interesting, medium-length finish with light oak flavor.

100% Malbec from Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina. This wine expresses floral and fresh fruit notes reminiscent of strawberries and blackberries. It is pleasant on the attack, with balanced acidity, ripe tannins and a magnificent fruity character.

"Clarity and transparency" is the meaning of its name in the native Mapuche language. That is exactly what was aimed for with this wine: a clear and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, with a strong mineral character and an evident sense of origin. On the nose, notes of gooseberries and hints of jalapeño emerge. In the mouth, it's a wine with pronounced yet well-integrated acidity. It has a gentle texture and a long finish.
