  • The best sakamai, Yamadanishiki was polished down to 50% of original size, this seasonal limited Hiyaoroshi sake has an enticing and elegant aroma of peach and pineapple. Its delicate sweet and sour flavor finishes nicely and smoothly in your mouth.
  • A lovely rose-colored sake that exists within a sphere of balance between sweet and tart, and has a flavor that resembles strawberries and honeydew melon. Brewed with the exceedingly difficult-to-use red yeast, it has been said that if a Junmai Daiginjo is the most difficult grade of sake to brew, this Rosé Junmai Daiginjo was 10 times as difficult, so many brewers are unable to work with it. For ultimate fruity freshness, keep refrigerated.
  • 100% Alvarinho from the Vinho Verde region, uniquely aged on its lees for 6 months. Complex aromas of lemon trees and ripe tropical fruits. On the palate, equally complex with a good body, but very fresh. Well-balanced with pleasant acidity and a long, persistent finish.
  • Vin de Pays d’Oc, Languedoc-Roussillon, France.  Classic Pinot Noir aromas of strawberry and cherry with hints of minerals. Dry and medium-bodied, with bright red fruit flavors and a clean finish.
  • A light citrus color, with the aromas of citrus fruits, green apples, and pears. It has a fresh, crisp taste, with good acidity and balance. Drink young, within one year and a half after the harvest. Pairs well with seafood, appetizers, and light dishes.  11% ABV
  • Petite Champagne Appellation Contrôlée: Hilltop Single Vineyard. A very fruity nose of apples and pears. Nice apricot notes, as well as a silky touch of beeswax. Leathery notes and a touch of vanilla. Mouth: round and fruity, lots of fruit jams. Very soft palate, leading to a medium long finish that is oily and still full of sweet fruitiness. A mellow cognac.
  • 100% Cab Franc from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.  A plethora of confected red fruit characteristics like strawberry and raspberry jam along with maraschino cherry and a backdrop of baking spice. The palate shares similar descriptors with the nose but with an emphasis on rhubarb, caramelized sugar, milk chocolate and a savoury quality.
  • The wine pours liquid gold and displays aromas of fresh pineapple, apricot, lychee, honey and candied lemon with a slightly floral feel. The palate is lusciously sweet yet very smooth, delivering a burst of tropical fruit flavours supported by just enough acidity to balance the wine.
  • 70% Monastrell, 15% Garnacha Tintorera, 15% Syrah. Black and red fruits of black currant, prune, and raspberries. Dry with medium acidity and light toasty notes. Pituco is named after Pepe’s loyal companion, who enthusiastically visits the vineyards with Pepe
  • Vermentino + Sauvignon Blanc blended and fermented in stainless steel, and no oak ageing. Lively and fresh aromas of golden apple and herbaceous notes. Full and harmonious taste, long persistence.
  • Not to be missed. 98% Syrah, 2% Viognier: Deep violet color. On the nose there are some aromas of herb, like rosemary, together with black fruit. This is an intense wine with big body and a very long finish, with flavors that show great complexity and balanced between the fruit, acidity, and tannic structure.
  • GSM stands for the initials of the varieties Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, which is a commonly used blend in many parts of the world. T stands for Tempranillo, which is NOT something that is found very often blended with the other three. The three varieties were planted on a small parcel for experimental purposes along with our main variety Syrah. Grenache is fruit, Syrah is texture, Mourvedre is the backbone and Tempranillo brings it all together.
  • 86% Syrah, 10% Grenache, 2% Tempranillo from Colchagua Valley in Chile, and made by Sven Bruchfeld.   No fining. No filtering. Hand harvested. 100% Stainless Steel.
  • Deep violet-red. On the nose, it displays floral notes and black fruits accompanied by moss and spicy hints. It's a full-bodied wine with a very balanced texture between its acidity and the fruit. Integrated tannins and a long finish.
  • 100% dry-farmed Syrah. Red-violet in color with a medium-high intensity. On the nose, spice dominates, with a pronounced minerality that is repeated on the palate. It’s a very fine, elegant wine, tremendously complex with lots of flavors. None stands out more than the others, making it a very balanced wine. With a medium intensity on the palate, it has a very long finish.
  • Probably the best Syrah you've ever had. Varietal: 98% Syrah, 1% Mourvedre, 1% Petit Verdot.  Deep red to violet. Upfront red fruit on the nose with black fruit appearing next. A joyful and balanced wine on the palate. Round and soft tannins with many layers of flavour. Long finish.
  • From Vinho Verde, Portugal.  Made with a blend of Padeiro + Vinhao grapes.   A very fruity wine with fine, persistent bubbles. Refreshing and full of red fruit and wild yeast flavours. Its natural sediment makes the wine cloudy while increasing the complexity of the flavours.

  • 15% Trajadura, 35% Azal, 50% Arinto. An open, citrus-forward wine with a very refreshing fruity aroma and crunchy bite on the palate. Vegan-friendly!
  • 50% Padeiro, 30% Espadeiro, 20% Vinhao, Raza Rosé is a delicious fusion of red fruit flavours, invigoratingly fresh and crisp on the palate. The result of the intrinsic characteristics of our native grape varieties.
  • From Obidos DOC, Lisboa, Portugal, made of Vital (85%), Fernão Pires (5%) and Arinto (10%), this white wine is delightfully summer.  Bright and happy notes of fruit and sunshine with white flowers on the nose.
  • From Obidos DOC, Lisboa, Portugal, this wine is made from Castelão, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional.  Aromas of red brewed fruits with chocolate notes stemming from the ageing in wood.  Very smooth and spicy. Intense and persistent finish.
  • This dry red wine is characterized by its deep red color and rich flavor. Cherry and blackberry fruit characterize its fine bouquet. A balanced red wine with a strong body.  Trocken means "dry," meaning that this usually sweet grape is fermented all the way through.
  • This Cho-Karakuchi (Super-Dry) junmai is made with begonia flower yeast. The sake is light and clean-tasting, yet sharp. A pleasant dryness lingers with an impression of fresh mint, as though it were plucked from a garden.
  • This Go-Dan Jikomi method of brewing sake is fairly rare in Japan.  Most sake is made in the 3-step process.  This sake is made in the 5-step process, which gives the sake more richness, deeper flavor, and more viscosity.  Lucious notes of honeysuckle, lychee, and mushroom on the nose, with flavors of sweet rice and faint cherry blossom.  
  • Ryujin means "Dragon God," in reference to the body of water their brewery sits atop. This sake is fresh and fruit-forward with a plush, cream-like mouthfeel. Flavors languish in your mouth with a slow burn that will suddenly fade into nothingness for a beautifully clean finish, calling for a second glass. To be served exclusively in restaurants, so one may truly appreciate the image of versatility and artistry in which Ryujin's Kakushi Ginjo was crafted.
  • A well-balanced Daiginjo with a vibrant aroma of tropical fruits produced by carefully brewing at low temperatures. A refreshingly light, dry, and well-balanced sake with a soft mouthfeel and rich flavors rice and umami.
  • It takes the whole yuzu fruit - flesh, seeds and peel - to give this Yuzu Sake its rich and fresh taste. SAKARI only uses yuzu from Kochi and Kagoshima, known for their high quality citrus fruits. By making full use of the tartness, slight bitterness, and flavor peculiar to Yuzu, and using junmai sake as raw materials, the refined umami and moderate sweetness creates a delightfully rounded harmony. So deliciously fresh, you'll feel like you're on a vacation in sunny southern Japan. Vegetarian, Gluten-free, and Preservative-free!
  • An unique and refreshingly bittersweet low-calorie liqueur. Sengetsu Shochu is blended with healthy Kumamoto-grown red shiso. The deep red blush and flavor are achieved without coloring agents, additives, or preservatives. Koishiso is enjoyable on the rocks, with club soda, and on vanilla ice cream.
  • “Shinobu” means “forbearance” in Japanese. It symbolises the samurai spirit, which is not unlike the crafting of fine spirits, a process that requires time, patience and perseverance.

  • Dry, but with a round edge to it.  This sake is the most fresh, fruity, and vibrant tasting of the Shunnouten lineup.  Takazasu refers to the mountain that is seen from the winery- the southernmost edge of the "Japanese Alps."

  • Uses 100% contract supplier Yamada Nishiki rice.  Brewed only locally produced Yamada Nishiki rice, which is carefully refined at in-house mill to a 50% polish rate. It is a beautiful sake with a faint ginjo (fruity) scent, and a sharp, refreshing taste exhibiting the savoriness of rice.  Drink cold, or at room temperature.

  • This 'classic' sake has a rich and pillowy texture, pleasant acidity and great depth of flavor. The Yamahai brewing method is utilized, which doubles the skill and time required to brew - the Yamahai method employs strict temperature and cleanliness controls to foster the growth of a rich, healthy and natural brew high in peptides and umami components as well as natural lactic acid. This sake is best enjoyed warmed in the winter, but chilling draws out a tight vibrancy that is positively delicious.
  • Tamanohikari uses Bizen-Omachi rice, a rare variety regarded as the best rice for making sake.  The nose is very floral with notes of pear, spicy nutmeg, and a hint of anise. Cottony flavors of nuts, banana, and pear dance on the tongue and fall to a pleasant, pillowy dryness.
  • This Junmai Ginjo grade canned sake has a natural acidity balanced with soft and savory Umami characteristics. Has light flower and grain notes on the nose, and a refreshing medium-short finish. Popular for Izakaya and Ramen shops.
  • Tamano Hikari Brewery's first sparkling sake, crafted through in-bottle secondary fermentation. This lightly cloudy sparkling sake boasts natural bubbles, complemented by the umami and subtle sweetness typical of sake. It stimulates the palate and is ideal not only as an aperitif or toast, but also as a versatile pairing throughout a meal.
  • The alcohol content is on the slightly lower side at around 14% and characterized by a light and soft mouthfeel with a refreshing aroma reminiscent of fresh fruits.
