  • This Junmai Ginjo grade canned sake has a natural acidity balanced with soft and savory Umami characteristics. Has light flower and grain notes on the nose, and a refreshing medium-short finish. Popular for Izakaya and Ramen shops.
  • This 'classic' sake has a rich and pillowy texture, pleasant acidity and great depth of flavor. The Yamahai brewing method is utilized, which doubles the skill and time required to brew - the Yamahai method employs strict temperature and cleanliness controls to foster the growth of a rich, healthy and natural brew high in peptides and umami components as well as natural lactic acid. This sake is best enjoyed warmed in the winter, but chilling draws out a tight vibrancy that is positively delicious.
  • This is the flagship product which is made by carefully refining of the rice “Yamada Nishiki” polished up to 40%, and brewed with the skill and heart of the chief brewers.  It is a Sake that drinks smoothly with a deeply elegant and rich flavorful taste that is called upon for an enjoyable, relaxing time.
  • “Nama Genshu” means sake which is unpasteurized and undiluted. Sake is almost always pasteurized twice and water is added to adjust aroma and flavor, to lower alcohol content before bottling, but this sake does not go through those processes and retained its integral structure and body.
  • 100% Cab Franc from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.  A plethora of confected red fruit characteristics like strawberry and raspberry jam along with maraschino cherry and a backdrop of baking spice. The palate shares similar descriptors with the nose but with an emphasis on rhubarb, caramelized sugar, milk chocolate and a savoury quality.
  • 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Trebbiano: Named "Cingalino" due to the funny animal represented on the label.  A dressed wild boar with a grape in his hand.  Light and fresh white wine with vibrant aromas. Ideal for a refreshing aperitif, it goes well with fish dishes but also with white meats and fresh cheeses.
  • A blend of Castelao, Aragonez, and Touriga Nacional. Ruby red. Notes of cherry jam and vanilla and slightly spicy. Deep bouquet, well combined fruit and with a persistent finish. Evolved but still lively Soft finish that still denotes some youth.
  • 50% Chardonnay, 40% Arinto, and 10% Vital. Deep yellow citrine in colour, elegant and complex aroma of ripe yellow fruits and well-integrated wood notes. In the mouth it is well balanced with a silky smooth texture, harmoniously combining ripe fruit with wood. The finish is very elegant, with good acidity and freshness

  • Golden in color with aromas of dried fruits and cooked apples. Dried fruits and candied citrus on the palate with a hint of nuttiness and vibrant acidity. Well-balanced with a moderately persistent finish, leaving a lingering hint of walnut and toasted almonds.
  • Peitte Sirah from Guadalupe Valley, Baja California, Mexico.  An intense red grenade with a clear violet glint. Red fruit aroma such as red guava, blackberry, and floral notes. Dewberry, hibiscus with notes of forest and truffle flavor. 13.5%ABV
  • L.A. Cetto's Chardonnay is yellow straw with golden sparkles. Opens with citrus and tropical fruits flavors such as pineapple and guava, and shows notes of milk. Crisp and bold with bright fruit and vanilla flavors. Hails from Guadalupe Valley.
  • 100% Tempranillo from Vale de Guadalupe. Delightful aromas of ripe red fruits with a hint of black pepper and smoke.  Medium-bodied, refreshing, and easy to drink.
  • 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Vale de Guadalupe. Ruby red color with a slightly pinkish violet edge, clean and bright. Pleasant aromas of red fruits, red currant, cassis, raspberry, as well as herbal notes. Round, with firm and ripe tannins.
  • Kisi vinified in Kakheti, Georgia in ancient Qvevri.  Amber, clear-bright with warm color. Aroma of summer white fruits and wild flowers. With a slightly higher acidity and stronger tannins, the finish is dry and long-lasting.
  • 100% Montepulciano. Bright and luminous. Red berry fruit aromas. Fresh and harmonious with a soft palate.
  • Tavkveri vinified in Kakheti, Georgia in ancient Qvevri, and aged in oak barrels. Pomegranate in color with strong aroma of berry fruits and a hint of rosemary. Persistent, dark, and juicy in the mouth with a long, but dry finish.
  • Khikhivi vinified in Kakheti, Georgia in ancient Qvevri.  Amber, clear bright with warm color. Aroma of autumn fruits, dried apricot, walnuts, and persimmon. High acidity and strong tannins, the finish is very dry and long-lasting.
  • A lovely rose-colored sake that exists within a sphere of balance between sweet and tart, and has a flavor that resembles strawberries and honeydew melon. Brewed with the exceedingly difficult-to-use red yeast, it has been said that if a Junmai Daiginjo is the most difficult grade of sake to brew, this Rosé Junmai Daiginjo was 10 times as difficult, so many brewers are unable to work with it. For ultimate fruity freshness, keep refrigerated.
  • The best sakamai, Yamadanishiki was polished down to 50% of original size, this seasonal limited Hiyaoroshi sake has an enticing and elegant aroma of peach and pineapple. Its delicate sweet and sour flavor finishes nicely and smoothly in your mouth.
  • Deep violet-red. On the nose, it displays floral notes and black fruits accompanied by moss and spicy hints. It's a full-bodied wine with a very balanced texture between its acidity and the fruit. Integrated tannins and a long finish.
  • Cabernet Sauvignon: La Gota means "the drop" in honor of the old basket press used to make it. Red to purple colour. On the nose it has red fruit and is very floral. Medium weight, but still well-textured and medium bodied. Great balance between fruit and its acidity. An easy-drinking and fun wine. Does not take itself too seriously, but it is seriously good.
  • 100% dry-farmed Syrah. Red-violet in color with a medium-high intensity. On the nose, spice dominates, with a pronounced minerality that is repeated on the palate. It’s a very fine, elegant wine, tremendously complex with lots of flavors. None stands out more than the others, making it a very balanced wine. With a medium intensity on the palate, it has a very long finish.
  • "Clarity and transparency" is the meaning of its name in the native Mapuche language. That is exactly what was aimed for with this wine: a clear and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, with a strong mineral character and an evident sense of origin. On the nose, notes of gooseberries and hints of jalapeño emerge. In the mouth, it's a wine with pronounced yet well-integrated acidity. It has a gentle texture and a long finish.
  • Not to be missed. 98% Syrah, 2% Viognier: Deep violet color. On the nose there are some aromas of herb, like rosemary, together with black fruit. This is an intense wine with big body and a very long finish, with flavors that show great complexity and balanced between the fruit, acidity, and tannic structure.

  • The Dr Frank Cabernet Franc showcases the varietal’s elegance and spice-driven character with a Finger Lakes signature. In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby color with bright edges. Aromas of red raspberry, black cherry, and plum are layered with savory herbs, violets, and a subtle touch of white pepper. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and vibrant, offering flavors of fresh red fruits, dried herbs, and a hint of earthiness framed by fine-grained tannins and a refreshing acidity. A core of lime-driven acidity provides brightness and precision, balancing the wine’s plush mouthfeel and adding length to the clean, mineral finish. Complex yet approachable, this Grüner Veltliner is a dynamic wine that beautifully marries freshness with richness - an exciting expression of both grape and place.
  • The floral and fruity bouquets of this wine, with mineral and toasty elements, are in harmony with this style of Chardonnay. The aromas of white peach, quince and melon on the nose give way to a supple texture with good fruit concentration, vibrant acidity and a clean finish. This Chardonnay exemplifies the food friendly style that we strive for at Dr. Frank's with good acidity, integrated and not overwhelming oak, moderate alcohol and a wine not dominated by the malolactic character.

  • Light and mildly sweet with fresh fruit and soft acidity. Easy drinking. Dangerously easy drinking. Directly in the middle between 45 and 23, this sake is the go-to menu option when one doesn't know where to turn.
  • Unlike many nigori on the market, this cloudy sake has a delicacy to it which is surprisingly refined. Whisps of white rice fall through the glass, adding a slight texture and body to the sake, without adding sweetness. For dry sake drinkers, this might be the best nigorizake you've ever had.

  • The white grape varieties Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Muscat from our Penedès vineyards are the base for the Marta Violet elaboration. It’s a fresh, fruity and floral white wine.
  • Onna Xarel.lo is a white wine produced with the grape variety Xarel.lo from 100% organic certificate old vines grown in Penedés region. The juice was cold macerated with the skins to obtain the distinctive qualities of this indigenous grape variety. Onna is a that presents a pale yellow color with white and tropical fruit aroma, full-bodied, pleasant and dry. It is an organic and vegan certificate wine.
  • Pinot Noir that comes from the vineyards surrounding highway 99. Subtle raspberry and black cherry flavors, soft tannins and a very smooth finish.
  • 45% Syrah, 30% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Grenache Noir. Each variety was vinified and aged separately, then blended before spending one year in stainless steel before being bottled. The result is a harmoniously layered wine that is powerful and complex now but will age gracefully for 10 years or more.
  • 100% Koshu from Yamanashi, Japan. The Koshu grape is a variety unique to Japan that has been cultivated in Katsunuma for many centuries. Similar to an elegant Burgundian Pinot Blanc, this dry white wine's lightly fruity aroma and light mouthfeel will bring out the delicious flavors of your food. Its simple flavor is enhanced by the complex taste of the pressed juice, giving it the distinct flavor of Koshu grapes.
  • 100% Koshu from Yamanashi, Japan. A refreshing and dry sparkling wine in which the distinctive aroma and flavor of Koshu grapes are beautifully balanced with smooth bubbles. Reminiscent of a sparkling Pinot Blanc. It pairs exceptionally well with light dishes of any genre, or as a party-opening flute of bubbles, so please enjoy it well chilled.
  • 100% Muscat Bailey A Sparkling Rose, NV, This wine is made using saignée and the Charmat method. It is an extremely dry, crisp sparkling wine. Enjoy the strawberry aroma and dry taste.
  • 100% Japanese Muscat Bailey A Rose. A refreshing, dry pink rosé with a vibrant pink glow, sweet fruit aromas, and a light acidity.
  • 60% Syrah, 20% Merlot, 20% Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouchet). Ruby red color. Clean on the nose, of medium intensity, with a presence of ripe black fruit, notes of black pepper and roasted coffee. On the palate it is dry, with medium acidity and well-rounded tannins.
  • 100% Alvarinho from the Vinho Verde region, uniquely aged on its lees for 6 months. Complex aromas of lemon trees and ripe tropical fruits. On the palate, equally complex with a good body, but very fresh. Well-balanced with pleasant acidity and a long, persistent finish.
  • 70% Monastrell, 15% Garnacha Tintorera, 15% Syrah. Black and red fruits of black currant, prune, and raspberries. Dry with medium acidity and light toasty notes. Pituco is named after Pepe’s loyal companion, who enthusiastically visits the vineyards with Pepe
  • 100% Mtvane fermented 20 days on the skins and aged in Qvevri for five months. Floral and delicate on the nose with nutty aromas of dried fruit, coriander, white pepper and green apple. Flavors of lemon tea, spices and light tannins on the finish.
  • 100% Saperavi grapes are used to make Kindzmarauli, a naturally semi-sweet wine from the Kvareli district of Kakheti. The wine is deep dark red in color, ripe fruit on the nose and silky texture on the palate with a rich fruity flavors and a touch of sweetness. A favorite wine of Josef Stalin. NBD.

  • Fagus is made from organic Garnacha grapes harvested by hand from 50+ year old cordon and goblet style vines in the 4th week of September. Cherry red color with ruby hues. Intense mineral, spice and vanilla aromas. Powerful and fleshy, yet balanced and concentrated with bright acidity, silky tannins and a long finish. A much more modern style of winemaking.
