  • 100% Zinfandel. This vintage displays a rich dark purple garnet color and deep aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, plum, spicy sandalwood with hints of toasty oak. Uplifting flavors of plum, black cherry cola and a subtle of earthiness combine to give this full-bodied Zinfandel a generous mouth-feel. Rich full tannins and balanced acidity lead into a long, lingering finish.
  • 100% Vermentino. This Wine produced a dry, extremely fragrant wine with mineral notes along with aromas and flavors of exotic flowers, ripe pear, and tropical fruits that are framed with great acidity and a lingering, rich mouthfeel and finish.
  • 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 20% Viognier and 10% Marsanne.  Enticing nose of spicy pears and white peaches, almond paste/marzipan, a touch of honeysuckle perfume. Multi-dimensional (many layers), a hard-to-describe range of aromatics, intriguing, almost mysterious!  In the mouth it is crisply dry yet creamy and round and full-bodied, with nice almond paste on crisp-yet-juicy pear fruit.
  • 78% Chardonnay, 22% Viognier:  Tropical fruits like pineapple and a bit of guava, green apple, oak spice. Soft creamy mouthfeel, punctuated by bright acidity and a crisp finish. Walks the line between pure stainless steel fermented, leaner Chardonnay and the fat, buttery barrel-fermented style. Very food compatible with chicken, pork or fish!.
  • Thalè is most the prestigious line of Casal Thaulero wines. Thalè essentially means “this is it” in the Abruzzo dialect. Indeed they provide the full body and power of Abruzzo’s indigenous grape varieties and the region’s three hundred years of winemaking tradition. In short, it is “wine as it was always meant to be”, available in limited production only for the finest vintages. Montepulciano at its finest.
  • Petite Champagne Appellation Contrôlée: Hilltop Single Vineyard. A very fruity nose of apples and pears. Nice apricot notes, as well as a silky touch of beeswax. Leathery notes and a touch of vanilla. Mouth: round and fruity, lots of fruit jams. Very soft palate, leading to a medium long finish that is oily and still full of sweet fruitiness. A mellow cognac.
  • A refreshing sweet and sour beverage, chuhai is a mix of soda water, fruit juice, and Japanese shochu. 3 flavors: Lychee, Grapefruit, and White Peach.
  • 90% Glera, and 10% Pinot Nero. Pale pink color, bright with fine and persistent perlage. Fine, characteristic, typical of the grapes of origin, with penetrants fruity and floral notes. Harmonious, balance, with a fruity and soft blood orange on the tongue and a fresh aftertaste. Residual Sugar: 9-10 g/l - Brut!
  • BRUT. 100% Glera  coming from hillside vineyards located in the D.O.C.G. Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, exclusive production zone of Prosecco Superiore, at an altitude of 100m above sea level. Straw yellow colour with green undertones. Floral and fruity with elegant fragrance of apple and citrus. Fine body, well-balanced, and pleasantly acidic.
  • This smooth and vibrant triple-distilled single malt is a unique bottle in the scotch world where only a handful of distilleries are using this production method. Using unpeated malted barley, this whisky has been distilled three times to provide a silk smoothness and a bright, delicate, flavour profile. This whisky has been matured in both bourbon casks and a small about of virgin oak casks, which are married together before bottling. The result is a whisky with an orchard fruit-forward flavour profile, boasting notes of sweet vanilla, apple, pear, peaches, with delicate floral undertones.
  • Glasgow "1770" Peated Single Malt Scotch is our flagship smoky single malt showcasing the double distilled peated style of whisky we make for one-third of our production year. With notes of smoky BBQ sauce, dark fruits, and flamed orange zest, this is a perfectly balanced single malt that marries sweet smoke and sherry cask influence.
  • Using the finest malted barley and the exceptionally pure water of Loch Katrine to combine a spirit of the utmost quality, Glasgow 1770 Original is the flagship single malt scotch of the distillery.  Double Distilled. Bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill-filtered, with no color added.
  • This Go-Dan Jikomi method of brewing sake is fairly rare in Japan.  Most sake is made in the 3-step process.  This sake is made in the 5-step process, which gives the sake more richness, deeper flavor, and more viscosity.  Lucious notes of honeysuckle, lychee, and mushroom on the nose, with flavors of sweet rice and faint cherry blossom.  
  • This Cho-Karakuchi (Super-Dry) junmai is made with begonia flower yeast. The sake is light and clean-tasting, yet sharp. A pleasant dryness lingers with an impression of fresh mint, as though it were plucked from a garden.
  • 85% Glera, 15% Pinot Nero:  Softly dry with citrus and honeysuckle aromas, and lively effervescence. Fresh berry and pear flavors mingle with toasty notes in this sparkling rosé wine.
  • True to its heritage and truly different to the norm, Black Bull 12 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky is bottled at a higher strength and contains a higher malt whisky content than most of the blended Scotch whiskies available today.
  • This 10-year-aged Okinawan (Ryukyu) whisky begins from 100% indica rice, mashed with black Koji which is found only along the Ryukyu island chain. Honey and Brown Sugar, come along with Spices and Soft Oaky Aromas.  
  • A puckering, refreshing and easy sweetness that could only come from a mixture of Japanese Ume (plum) and juice of the Dekopon fruit infused into rice shochu.
  • Rota 48 gold is stored for 6 months in amburana barrels. Smooth and aromatic, with delicate notes of spices and vanilla and some wood from the barrels. 42% ABV.
  • Rota 48 Silver cachaça is known for its versatility and is often used in the preparation of Brazilian cocktails and drinks, such as the famous Caipirinha. Its purity and freshness combine perfectly with citrus fruits, herbs and refreshing ingredients, providing a balance of flavors.
  • This beautiful Junmai Daiginjo, made with Yamada Nishiki rice, is aged for a minimum of 3 years in Hakkaisan Brewery’s snow-storage room, called the Yukimuro.
  • Silky smooth and smartly chic in a chic frosted glass bottle, Kinushiro is a Junmai grade Nigori sake with a clean and refreshing aftertaste and a full but elegant character.  Bright tropical fruit abound on the palate, with melon as the star of the show.  The rice of the nigori is faintly noticeable and adds very moderate texture in the most silky way possible.
  • Ohoro means “to continue” in the language of the Ainu, the indigenous people of Hokkaido. Niseko Distillery hopes the gin crafted in Niseko, Hokkaido, will be enjoyed by many for generations to come. The gin is a clear, smooth, yet robust flavor with a light citrus aroma that makes an excellent base for cocktails. Absolutely sublime neat, with beautiful nuances of yuzu, chamomile, and coriander. Recommended for Gin & Tonic, White Lady, Gimlet, and Martini cocktails.
  • By borrowing the power of the same naturally-occurring lactobacilli that have been produced in the Kiku-Masamune brewery for generations, this carefully & deliberately brewed sake Kimoto Junmai is born in the heart of the Nada ward of Hyogo (a region historically famous for Sake) where the brewery has been operating since the early Edo period of Japan. The sake itself has a deep, round flavor and is excellent at any temperature with nearly any kind of food.
  • It takes the whole yuzu fruit - flesh, seeds and peel - to give this Yuzu Sake its rich and fresh taste. SAKARI only uses yuzu from Kochi and Kagoshima, known for their high quality citrus fruits. By making full use of the tartness, slight bitterness, and flavor peculiar to Yuzu, and using junmai sake as raw materials, the refined umami and moderate sweetness creates a delightfully rounded harmony. So deliciously fresh, you'll feel like you're on a vacation in sunny southern Japan. Vegetarian, Gluten-free, and Preservative-free!

  • From Vinho Verde, Portugal.  Made with a blend of Padeiro + Vinhao grapes.   A very fruity wine with fine, persistent bubbles. Refreshing and full of red fruit and wild yeast flavours. Its natural sediment makes the wine cloudy while increasing the complexity of the flavours.
  • 40% Xarel.lo, 35% Macabeu, 20% Parellada and 5% Garnatxa.   Delicate pale rosé color with fine persistent bubbles.  Aromas of fresh, floral, ripened red fruits with slightly nutty nose.  Palate is perfectly balanced, delicate, pleasant with long and clean finish.

  • Lakefront's Brewery's Riverwest Stein, Extended Play, and Eastside Dark, classic beers, but with their alcohol removed!  We love a good near beer. =)
  • Bereziartua is a traditional Basque apple cider produced since 1870 by the Bereziartua family.  The finished cider is unfiltered, and natural sediment is an essential component of its character. It contributes to Bereziartua’s fresh, tangy flavor, which is drier than most American and English style ciders.
  • Sansho Ale ( エール山椒 ) is made with Sansho  - a highly regarded Japanese peppercorn that is a core ingredient of "shichimi" - is used in the brewing of this very unique Japanese Ale.  Nose: Citrus, Pepper.  Flavor: Pale Ale that is a little spicy and a little bitter  Type: Sansho Pepper Ale .  Hops: Perle.  ABV: 5%.
  • From Kyoto, Japan, Kizakura Brewery makes the Lucky Beers as a zodiac special.  Each year the release the animal of that year's zodiac, but the Cat, Chicken, and Dog are year-round faces.
  • The gentle taste of Okinawa-grown wheat with reduced bitterness is complemented by the refreshing aroma and acidity. The use of wheat gives it a mellow taste, and furthermore, the bitterness is reduced and a moderate acidity can be felt, which gives it a refreshing flavor.  Style: White Ale, ABV: 5%, Hops: Aroma Hops
  • From Nago, Okinawa. An authentic taste that has been achieved by significantly increasing the malt content and adding barley. Its food compatibility is exceptional, making every meal more satisfying and enjoyable.  Style: Lager, ABV: 5.5%, Hops: Bitter Hops + Aroma Hops
  • From Nago, Okinawa.  Nurtured in the subtropical Okinawan climate, Orion is blessed with an exhilarating crispness and a mild flavor. Easy and enjoyable.  Style: Rice Lager, ABV: 7%, Hops: Bitter Hops
  • Nanbu Bijin means, "Southern Beauty." Using locally grown Ginotome rice, this sake is rich but refreshing, and long lasting with a subtle velvety texture, as well as their savory umami on the mid palate. There is an intensity of aromas including quality rice notes, fruity, floral, and grainy characters, along with marshmallows. Neat, clean, and crafted to pair with a wide range of food, excellent at any temperature.
  • Shirakabegura means "White-Walled Brewery."  The packaging mirrors the meaning. This smooth, complex, nuanced full body sake is delicious and approachable. The Tokubetsu Junmai type sake displays a wide range of flavors depending on whether you serve it warmed or at room temperature. Either option will give you an enjoyably complex yet smooth, umami focused blend that will linger on your taste buds.
  • Ryujin means "Dragon God," in reference to the body of water their brewery sits atop. This sake is fresh and fruit-forward with a plush, cream-like mouthfeel. Flavors languish in your mouth with a slow burn that will suddenly fade into nothingness for a beautifully clean finish, calling for a second glass. To be served exclusively in restaurants, so one may truly appreciate the image of versatility and artistry in which Ryujin's Kakushi Ginjo was crafted.
  • The name “Michinoku Onikoroshi” comes from the phrase “dry enough to kill demons”. Extremely dry sake with +10 dryness level. Delicious at any temperature – the brisk taste is highlighted when chilled and, when warmed up, it becomes more mellow. Great with a wide range of dishes.
  • This plush, velvety Nigori sake was previously a treat only available to individuals who could visit the Kunizakari Brewery. It has a calming and rustic flavor that is highly enjoyable chilled or on ice.
  • Named for the legendary swordsman and wood-carver, Hidari Jingoro, this honjozo is a slightly dry sake with a soft, sweet aroma derived from rice. It has a mellow taste and a strong rice flavor. It goes down smoothly and is refreshing. Afterwards, you can feel a slight aftertaste of rice.
  • This Muroka (not-charcoal-filtered) sake is aged for one year at -10 and has a pale gold color with refreshing acidity. Serve chilled in a large wine glass to accentuate its deep, refreshing flavors. It has a smooth texture that expands on the mid-palate and offers an elegant mouthfeel, finishing with a dry note.
  • This sake is a revolution in the taste, color and aroma of sake. From the moment of the first unbelievable pour, the special qualities are quite apparent - a beautiful rosé color, coming from the use of ancient black rice, glistens in your wine glass.
  • 100% Nebbiolo from Baja, California, Mexico. The bouquet of baked black fruits and earth is modern and in good shape. This feels big and dense but structured, with blackberry, pepper, and mild raisin and prune flavors on the finish.
  • 100% Tempranillo from Vale de Guadalupe. Delightful aromas of ripe red fruits with a hint of black pepper and smoke.  Medium-bodied, refreshing, and easy to drink.
  • 100% Chenin Blanc from San Antonio de Las Minas, Baja California, Mexico.  Tropical and citrus fruits make this a perfect summer taco party wine.
