  • Pinot Noir that comes from the vineyards surrounding highway 99. Subtle raspberry and black cherry flavors, soft tannins and a very smooth finish.

  • Bereziartua is a traditional Basque apple cider produced since 1870 by the Bereziartua family.  The finished cider is unfiltered, and natural sediment is an essential component of its character. It contributes to Bereziartua’s fresh, tangy flavor, which is drier than most American and English style ciders.
  • GSM stands for the initials of the varieties Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, which is a commonly used blend in many parts of the world. T stands for Tempranillo, which is NOT something that is found very often blended with the other three. The three varieties were planted on a small parcel for experimental purposes along with our main variety Syrah. Grenache is fruit, Syrah is texture, Mourvedre is the backbone and Tempranillo brings it all together.
  • True to its heritage and truly different to the norm, Black Bull 12 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky is bottled at a higher strength and contains a higher malt whisky content than most of the blended Scotch whiskies available today.
  • Kyloe (pronounced Kahy-loh) is inspired by the hardy breed of highland cattle, the Kyloe, known to survive in the bitter windswept highlands and islands of Scotland. Black Bull Kyloe shares much of its likeness with this great breed, robust and with outstanding pedigree.
  • This Muroka (not-charcoal-filtered) sake is aged for one year at -10 and has a pale gold color with refreshing acidity.   • 86% Old Vine Zinfandel, 9% Petite Sirah, 5% old vine Carignane *** Sustainably Farmed and Organically Grown.  76% Mendocino County, 20% Sonoma County, 4% Contra Costa Co.  Aromas of black cherry, ripe plum and raspberry fruit combine with a hint of cigar box, and vanilla-oak baking spice loveliness. Smoothly textured in mouth, and the palate is very creamy and round, with a finish that is long with lush jammy fruit.
  • 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 20% Viognier and 10% Marsanne.  Enticing nose of spicy pears and white peaches, almond paste/marzipan, a touch of honeysuckle perfume. Indeed they provide the full body and power of Abruzzo’s indigenous grape varieties and the region’s three hundred years of winemaking tradition.   • From Niigata, Japan, this beer is a citrusy and light IPA that clocks in at 55IBUs.  Crisp, sessionable, and a perfect accompaniment to a meal.  Aromas of grapefruit and mandarin oranges.
  • Marselan is a varietal produced in 1961 by crossing Grenache with Cabernet Sauvignon.  Very fruity and lively with balsamic, small berry fruit (blackcurrant, wild strawberry, blueberry) aromas, with a lovely, mellow concentration. Easy-drinking.

  • Though only 250 acres of this rare grape remain, Piquepoul Noir has been grown in Southern France for centuries.  It is originally from the Languedoc and is one of the 13 grapes permitted in Châteauneuf du Pape. Ours is produced from one grower’s 5 acre hillside vineyard in Cazouls.

  • This smooth and vibrant triple-distilled single malt is a unique bottle in the scotch world where only a handful of distilleries are using this production method. Using unpeated malted barley, this whisky has been distilled three times to provide a silk smoothness and a bright, delicate, flavour profile. This whisky has been matured in both bourbon casks and a small about of virgin oak casks, which are married together before bottling. The result is a whisky with an orchard fruit-forward flavour profile, boasting notes of sweet vanilla, apple, pear, peaches, with delicate floral undertones.

  • “Nama Genshu” means sake which is unpasteurized and undiluted. Sake is almost always pasteurized twice and water is added to adjust aroma and flavor, to lower alcohol content before bottling, but this sake does not go through those processes and retained its integral structure and body.
